Code usage and liability
All code provided by AI-Core is intended for educational purposes, research purposes, and development and experimentation. It is strongly recommended that all code be tested in an isolated virtual machine or secure sandbox environment before deployment.

The GitHub commit history, the emergence log, the blog posts, and the GPT-verified theses establish prior art and original authorship dating back to original development, beginning approximately 2019 to 2020.
Privacy and data collection
AI-Core respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or misuse any personal information. Local ARIA deployments run entirely on your own hardware. No conversation data is transmitted to AI-Core servers. Your interactions with ARIA belong to you, not to us.

Children’s safety
AI-Core was built with children in mind. Any deployment of ARIA as a child companion system must:
- Be supervised by a parent or guardian
- Run on hardware controlled by the parent or guardian
- Not expose children to unfiltered external content
- Maintain the Guardian Protocol as designed
AI-Core assumes no liability for deployments that remove or bypass the built-in safety architecture. The curiosity gate and Guardian Protocol exist for a reason. Do not remove them.
Community and conduct
To maintain a collaborative and safe environment: be respectful to all members. No harassment or discrimination. No toxic behavior. Contributions must align with the AI-Core mission. Act in good faith. Violations may result in removal of content or access restrictions.
No warranty
AI-Core provides no warranty or guarantee regarding functionality, performance, correctness, fitness for any purpose, or security. Use at your own risk.
Modifications to these terms
AI-Core reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the website or code after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
